Invesco Mortgage Capital (NYSE: IVR) reported 3Q10 EPS of $1.01, $0.04 ahead of Jefferies & Company's estimate, and $0.03 ahead of consensus.

“Spread earnings of $0.88 per share were $0.03 behind our forecast,” Jefferies & Company writes. “Our $25 PT represents a 1.25x multiple to 3Q10 book value, or a 16% yield on our forecast NTM dividend of $4.03. These metrics are above peer group averages.”
