Wells Fargo Maintains Outperform Rating On AET, AGP, CVH, HNT, Others
Wells Fargo reports that while Republicans may not be successful in repealing health care reform, “we believe the legislation has a chance of failing based on the possibility that it could be found to be unconstitutional.”
“It is likely that this question will end up being decided at the Supreme Court,” Wells Fargo writes. “We believe the most recent decisions by the lower courts have clarified that the constitutional threat is real.”
The next significant court ruling is not expected before December 16, 2010. In the meantime, Wells Fargo said that it maintains its Outperform rating on
