KBW Maintains Outperform Rating On OCN

On December 14, KBW took investors to visit Ocwen Financial Corp.'s (NYSE: OCN) servicing operations.

“The meetings included in-depth discussion on its servicing platform and processes, and presentations from various division managers,” KBW writes. “The trip reinforced our view that the company has very strong servicing operations. Management also reiterated that it would continue to focus on capital management if acquisition opportunities did not materialize.”

KBW said that it maintains its Outperform rating.

Ocwen Financial closed Wednesday at $9.26.
