J.P. Morgan Maintains Neutral Rating On HSIC
Yesterday morning, Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC) reported 4Q10 EPS of $1.00, “above our $0.94 estimate and Bloomberg consensus of $0.96,” J.P. Morgan reports.
“In addition, the company reaffirmed the prior 2011 EPS guidance,” J.P. Morgan writes. “We continue to remain cautious on HSIC given the potential ongoing impact of the economy across each of the company's business segments.
“While we saw some nice improvement across parts of the business, it is unclear if this is sustainable. Finally, we believe the prospects of an improving economy are already being reflected in the current valuation.”
J.P. Morgan maintains its Neutral rating on shares of Henry Schein, which closed Tuesday at $66.92.
