UPDATE: Citi Color On ACOM 4Q

Citi, which raised its PT on Ancestry.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOM), is providing some color on the stock.

“ACOM reported Q4 Rev of $83MM vs. CIRA/Street at $81MM, EBITDA of $29.7MM, vs. CIRA/Street at $28.3MM/$29.6MM, & GAAP EPS of $0.25, vs. CIRA/Street at $0.24/$0.25, Citi reports.

“Q1 guidance is mixed – Rev of $87MM is better than the Street at $84MM, but EBITDA of $23MM is below the Street at $26MM.”

Ancestry.com currently trades at $37.68.
