Wells Fargo (WFC) Shares Fall Nearly 5%

Shares of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) closed Monday trading down 4.65% at $28.71 per share.

Volume of nearly 65 million shares was nearly one and a half times greater than the daily average volume of almost 44.3 million shares.

Shares of Wells Fargo & Company traded between $28.53 and $29.75 per share during the trading day.

Goldman Sachs Group analysts Richard Ramsden, Brian Foran, Daniel Harris and Jessica Binder Graham downgraded shares of Wells Fargo & Company to a rating of Neutral.

The analysts said that Wells Fargo & Company offered longer-term value but it faced higher near-term risk.
