J. Crew Soaring (JCG)
Shares of J. Crew (NYSE: JCG) are soaring today after an analyst upgraded the retailer to "Outperform" from "Neutral."
Cowen & Co. analyst Laura Champine said shares are attractively priced after a 26% haircut since the company reported earnings on May 27. She added the company's low store count provides growth opportunities.
J. Crew sells women's, men's and children's clothing in 245 stores and 81 factory outlets. The company also sells through catalogs and online sales.
Shares are up $2.84, or 8.75%, to $35.28 in afternoon trading.
