Verint Conference Call 9/8 at 8:30 am

Verint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) is expected to report 2Q results of EPS at $0.51 on $176.1M in revenues, over JP Morgan's estimate of $98.8M and the Street's estimates of ($0.50/$174.8M).

FY2011 guidance will be reiterated, according to JP Morgan, and FY2011 EPS will be estimated at $2.00 on ~$700M in revenue.

The conference call for F2Q2011 will be on September 8 at 8:30am EST. More details on JP Morgan's report will follow after the call.

JP Morgan remains Neutral and maintains its $27 price target.
