Chili's To Debut New Lunch Promotion In January 2011

Sterne Agee has published a research report on Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) in anticipation of Chili's new lunch promotion in January 2011.

In the report, Sterne Agee writes "We believe Chili's Bar & Grill has been testing a new lunch program and is potentially planning to roll out the new promotion beginning in January 2011. Based on our checks, the promotion will be called “Build Your Own Combo” and will feature a lunch sized entrée (half a sandwich, chicken/burger bites, quesadillas, salad, and pasta), with fries and a soup or salad. These combos will carry a $6/$7/$8 price point, which will depend on the selected entrée. The lunch promotion will likely be available Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm."

Sterne Agee maintains its Neutral rating on Brinker International, which closed yesterday at $21.18.
