Piper Jaffray Comments On Investor Meetings With RightNow Technologies

In a report published by Piper Jaffray, RightNowTechnologies (NASDAQ: RNOW) is seeing healthy demand right now.

Piper Jaffray said that it recently hosted RNOW CFO Jeff Davison in investor meetings. “Three Key takeaways: 1) Sales reps are energized as they sense momentum building internally and aim to grow 20 to 30%; 2) on that basis, we see an upward bias to 2012 consensus OCF forecasts; and 3) IBM's efforts to construct a "Customer Experience Suite" may help to broaden awareness for RNOW's offerings, and we would be supportive of any expanded partnership between IBM and RNOW. We walk away incrementally confident in the 2011 recurring revenue growth guidance of 23% which is among the highest in the peer group. Overweight, $36 target.”
