Duncan-Williams reported on the Prepaid industry after attending the Prepaid Expo in Orlando, FL.

According to the report, "Many of the concerns and challenges that came up at the conference along with others have recently filtered into the stock prices of NetSpend (NTSP, Buy, $10.41) and Green Dot (GDOT, Hold, $45.94), the two largest GPR card issuers. In our view, investors have become overly focused on risks and less focused on the reward side of the equation with NetSpend in particular. We believe this has created an attractive buying opportunity in the stock."
