Jefferies Comments On End Of Tom Ryan's Era At CVS

According to Jefferies, CVS / Caremark (NYSE: CVS) held its annual meeting.

Jefferies said that it attended CVS' annual meeting yesterday, where Tom Ryan officially turned over the keys. “In what was at times an emotional event given Mr. Ryan's remarkable 37 year career at CVS, during which time he transformed a relatively small regional retail chain into a retail/healthcare powerhouse, it was clear that the company intends to be a much more forceful advocate of its business model.”
