J.P. Morgan Raises Estimates On Brocade
According to J.P. Morgan, Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) estimates are raised.
J.P. Morgan said that it expects shares of Overweight-rated Brocade to be upward-biased following its F2Q11 (April) earnings call on Thursday, May 19. “The company has not delivered two consecutive quarters of stable performance in both segments (Data Storage and Ethernet) since the global downturn. We expect this losing streak to be broken. Our research indicates that Brocade's F2Q11 results should continue the operating consistency exhibited in the prior quarter. While gross margin could be slightly lower due to strategic actions, we think that investors will cheer the lessvolatile revenue performance in both segments.”
Brocade closed yesterday at $6.33.
