According to Sterne Agee, RF Micro Devices (NASDAQ: RFMD) offers a significant entry point with 2H ramp visibility in multiple product cycles Galaxy S2, Optimus, Blackberry CDMA Bold and more.

Sterne Agee said that RFMD in the JunQ has new Samsung Galaxy S2 tablets and handsets (005930.KS, KRW 883,000, Not Rated) and LG (066570.KS, 942000, Not Rated) Optimus Smartphone platforms ramping with PowerSmart. “In the SepQ, RFMD is ramping at RIMM (RIMM, $40.43, Neutral, Wu). Also RFMD expects 7 Other OEMs ramping PowerSmart handsets in 2H11. We believe RFMD will potentially add Mediatek (2454.TW, TWD 320.50, Not Rated) and STEriccson (ERIC, $14.91, Not Rated) as new customers also on Powersmart/Phenom. Also the new Phenom high efficiency and high margin discrete PAs will see traction into 3G/4G handsets with new design wins on the Qualcomm (QCOM, $57.80, Buy, PT $62) reference designs into potentially new Win8 phones.”
