UPDATE: Sterne Agee Lowers PT on EnergySolutions to $6.50

Sterne Agee is out with its report today on EnergySolutions (NYSE: ES), lowering its PT to $6.50 from $8.00.

In its report, Sterne Agee writes, "Our $6.50 price target ($8.00 previously) is based on FY2012 EPS of $0.56 ($0.60 previously) and assumes the stock trades at a 10% premium to the S&P 500 which is currently trading at 10.5X FY2012EPS of $112.64 (12.2X and $112.76 previously)."

Sterne Agee maintains Buy on ES.

Shares of ES closed Friday at $3.38.
