Oppenheimer Publishes Report on Adobe's Agreement to Purchase Efficient Frontier

In its report, Oppenheimer writes, “On Wednesday, Adobe announced it had signed a definitive agreement to purchase Efficient Frontier. The privately held California-based company is a leader in multi-channel ad buying and optimization. The company offers a platform to help marketers effectively manage campaigns and optimize bidding and purchasing of ads across search, display and social markets.”

Companies included in the Oppenheimer report are: Adobe Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE), and Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)
