Morgan Keegan: Healthcare Services Group to Report 4Q Earnings Next Week

In a research report published today by Morgan Keegan, Healthcare Services Group (NASDAQ: HCSG) is set to report its 4Q earnings next week after close with a conference call the following morning.

In the report, Morgan Keegan said, “Our EPS estimate of $0.16 is in line with the First Call consensus and $0.02 above the prior year period. We continue to believe that nursing home operators' concerns about Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, along with an increased focus on complex clinical programs, will fuel a continuing trend for nursing homes to outsource housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to HCSG.”

Morgan Keegan maintains its Outperform rating and $20 PT on Healthcare Services Group, which closed yesterday at $18.51.
