ISI: American Campus Comes in Just Ahead of Consensus

In a research report published earlier today, ISI said that American Campus Communities Inc. (NYSE: ACC) came in just ahead of consensus and in-line with estimates.

In the report, ISI mentioned, “The major variances to our model were better than expected revenues which were slightly offset by higher G&A. ACC's FY12 FFOM guidance at the midpoint of $1.99/sh (range of $1.94 to $2.05) was ahead of consensus at $1.97 but slightly below our original estimate of $2.02. Y/Y SS NOI came in at 5.1% for FY11 and 4.2% in 4Q11.”

ISI maintains its Hold rating and $42 PT on American Campus, which closed yesterday at $42.85.
