Sterne Agee Sees Good Things From Proofpoint Analyst Day

In a report published Wednesday, Sterne Agee analyst Robert Breza reiterated a Neutral rating and $35.00 price target on Proofpoint (NASDAQ: PFPT).

In the report, Sterne Agee noted, “In its well attended annual analyst day yesterday, PFPT reaffirmed its guidance and also announced one strategic acquisition expanding its offering, as well as several new products which should provide support for the company to continue its streak of quarterly results meeting or exceeding estimates since becoming public two years ago. We reiterate our neutral Rating and keep our estimates unchanged.”

Proofpoint closed on Tuesday at $30.57.
