Bank Of America Believes More Upward Revisions Are Likely For The Walt Disney Company
In a report published Wednesday, Bank of America analyst Jessica Reif Cohen reiterated a Buy rating and $105.00 price target on The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS).
In the report, Bank of America noted, “Accelerating Parks, improving cap. returns, an improving Studio outlook, solid Media Networks + better Interactive all offer NT upside, while Disney Shanghai + DIS/Marvel/Pixar/Lucasfilm releases + full retrans and operating leverage drive a solid FY15E/16E. Although DIS trades at a 13% premium to the market on a PE basis, it offers cheaper growth and trades at a roughly 50% discount on a PEG basis (Exhibits 5 and 6). Our PO remains $105 (upside of 18%). We strongly reiterate our Buy rating on shares.”
