Credit Suisse: We're Still Neutral On GameStop
In a report published Friday, Credit Suisse analyst Seth Sigman reiterated a Neutral rating and $42.00 price target on GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME).
In the report, Credit Suisse noted, "GME reported Q4 results at the low end of its guidance and provided its initial 2015 outlook that came in well below expectations.
"This result seemed to be expected," the analysts added, "but still may send this stock down initially as estimates will need to come down 5%+. The silver lining is that 3-10% EPS growth guidance in 2015 is really 8-15% when adjusted for FX and adding in buybacks, but there is still some uncertainty around the underlying growth assumptions that the company will need to work through over the next few quarters."
Credit Suisse is lowering its EPS estimates from $3.85 to $3.78.
GameStop Corp. closed on Thursday at $38.79.
