Tesla Has Reportedly Started Delivering Model X Signature Series Vehicles
Trip Chowdhry of Global Equities Research stated in an e-mail to customers that Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) has begun delivering its new Model X Signature SUV to customers.
Chowdhry noted that Tesla is also ramping up production of the Model X Signature SUV as production levels have reached more than 100 vehicles per week. The analyst added that the Model X's seats are "remarkably improved" when compared to the Model S sedan.

Chowdhry also pointed out that Tesla began manufacturing its seats in-house after firing its seat supplier, Futuris.
Shares of Tesla were trading at $233.69 as of 11:00 a.m. ET, up 1.4 percent on the day.
