Vetr Top Raters Downgrade Yelp To 3-Star Stock
Shares of Yelp Inc (NYSE: YELP) have lost more than a quarter of its value since the start of 2016 and are lower by more than 50 percent over the past year.
The stock's under-performance likely prompted the Vetr crowd to downgrade the stock's rating to 3-stars out of a possible 5-stars. In fact, the crowd upgraded Yelp's stock rating to 5-stars in late December.

Despite a fresh downgrade to 3-stars, 75 percent of the crowd's ratings are bullish. In addition, the crowd-sourced price target of $21.56 implies an upside of more than 5 percent.
