What Deutsche Bank Is Looking For In Red Hat's Earnings
Deutsche Bank provided some remarks on Red Hat Inc (NYSE: RHT) ahead of the company's earnings announcement.
Red Hat's first quarter results for a fiscal 2017 year and the annual financial analyst day are scheduled on June 22 and June 30, respectively.
Although the first quarters' earnings releases do not represent the key events for the company, Deutsche believes that the upcoming results have to be strong taking into account the last quarter's disappointing figures of c/c billings growth declining to 13 percent.
The analysts expect the c/c billing growth rate for 1QF17 to stand at 15 percent in order to move the stock price above $80. As there is no indication of any downtick in demand for Linux/Red Hat, Deutsche restates its Buy rating on Red Hat.
