Natasha Richardson, the English-US actress, died on March 18 this year. She was 45. Richardson died from a severe brain injury after a skiing accident in Canada.
Jade Goody, the British reality TV star, died on March 22 at the age of 27. She died after a battle with cervical cancer.
American actor David Carradine died on June 3 at the age of 72. The star of 1970’s television show “Kung Fu” was found naked and hanging dead from a rope in the closet of his luxury Bangkok hotel room.
Pop Star Michael Jackson died on June 25 at the age of 50 after suddenly suffering a cardiac arrest in a Los Angeles mansion. Jackson was all set to make a comeback with a series of concerts that would have helped him clear his debts.
Farrah Fawcett, the star of 1970’s TV series “Charlie’s Angels”, died on June 25 at the age of 62; after a long battle with cancer.
American actor Patrick Swayze lost a long battle with pancreatic cancer on September 14. When he died at the age of 57, it was a sad day for his fans.
Stephen Gately, a member of Boyzone band, died on October 10 at the young age of 33. He was found dead while on holiday in Spain.
Brittany Murphy, US actress, died on December 20 at the age of 32. She suffered a cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. It seems that she had a habit of taking drugs and the cardiac arrest was an effect of that.
