Today's Top Small Cap Winners: Oil and Gas Drillers (+3.5%)

What do Pioneer Drilling Company, Rex Energy Corporation, Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC, Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp., and Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. have in common? Two things. The first is, they're all small cap oil drillers/explorers. The second (and more important) is they're part of the second-best performing industry among small caps today...oil and gas drilling and exploration.

It would be a move to heed, as it's part of a recovery effort that offers a tremendous amount of potential upside. (Note that the largecap counterparts aren't running as strongly).
