Mayweather Cashes In Green Yet Again
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has rightfully earned his nickname: "Money." The undefeated boxer brings viewers unlike any other in the pay-per-view world. But his side game as a gambler has given the Grand Rapids, Michigan, native some nice pocket change to play with.
Mayweather is notorious for posting his betting slips on Twitter. He has bet on various events like regular-season NBA games and even one-half of football games. The Michigan State Spartans helped him out this time around.
The boxer more than doubled his money on the 100th edition of The Rose Bowl Game that saw MSU stifle Stanford, 24-20. The stadium was heavy on the green, much to the liking of Mayweather.
