South Korean Stocks Up 0.62% To Another 52-Week High
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or the KOSPI, hit yet another 52-week high during the Tuesday trading session.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index opened at 2,000.60, which was slightly above the previous day's close at 1,996.59.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index remained in positive territory, steadily moving up for the entire Tuesday trading session.
The KOSPI ended the Tuesday trading session up 12.46 points, or 0.62%, at 2,009.05.
The KOSPI moved in a range between 1,996.82 and a 52-week high of 2,009.05.
Investors who would like to invest in South Korean equities might want to consider the iShares MSCI South Korea Index (NYSE: EWY), which seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded securities in the South Korean markets, as measured by the MSCI South Korea index.
