Flash Crash Could Still Happen (JAZZ)

Joe Saluzzi is on CNBC's Fast Money and he says that we could see a flash-crash any time, echoing SEC Chairwoman's Mary Schapiro sentiments, that the circuit breakers are not helping, and do not solve the problem.

Saluzzi mentioned Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ) which fell $10 in 2 minutes. He said that we need market makers to be incentivized to fix this problem, and it's not happening.
