Koss Corporation (NASDAQ: KOSS) shares plunged, creating a new 52-week low of $3.87 before recovering to $3.99, reflecting a fall of 29.38%. KOSS disclosed that unauthorized transactions by its former vice president of finance Sujata "Sue" Sachdeva, crossed $10 million in the first two quarters of FY10 alone. Sachdeva is alleged to have embezzled millions from the company.
Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (NASDAQ: PPC) shares created a new low of $8.24, before recovering slightly to $8.32, reflecting a 3.37% drop. PPC has recently announced that it was shedding 230 corporate and administrative jobs.
