New York Cotton futures are trading lower Wednesday morning. December Cotton is trading at 65.19, down 0.77. March cotton is trading at 65.06, down 0.81. Trading is choppy.

Market chatter about global headline news has kept both buyers and sellers active. Chatter about U.S. weather is non-stop ahead of the USDA crop report on Friday.
