New York Sugar is trading steady to a little lower early Wednesday morning. October Sugar at 10.99, down 0.02. March Sugar is trading at 12.24, down 0.01. Trading is rangebound.

Market talk about currency values has kept both buyers and sellers active. Some chatter is making the rounds about estimates for global production is making the rounds. This season's surplus is estimated to be a little over 3 1/2 million tons, the season ends in September. The year ahead production is estimated to be a deficit just over 2 1/2 million tons.
