Soybean Futures Little Changed

March Soybeans are trading at 1004 1/4 , up 1/4 of a cent/bushel. March Soymeal is trading at 313.5, up 0.2 $/ton. March Soybean Oil is trading at 35.12, up 0.03 cents/lb.

Soybean futures are trading steady after Thursday's soft and choppy session.

The USDA reported on Thursday that soybean export sales for the current marketing year as of December 15th are now 84.1 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 77.7 percent. Soymeal sales are 49.6 percent of the forecast versus the five year average of 53.8 percent. Soybean oil sales are 53.1 percent of the forecast versus the five year average of 44.3 percent.

The Buenos Aires Grain exchange estimated that Argentina's soybean planting was 75.8 percent done.
