Wednesday's USDA cattle slaughter was 116,000 head versus 112,000 head a year ago.

February live cattle is trading at 118.82, down 0.70 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 117.47, down 1.25 cents/lb. June live cattle is trading at 107.35, down 0.50 cents/lb
