USDA Daily Cattle Slaughter; Live Cattle Futures Sharply Lower

Monday's USDA cattle slaughter was 115,000 head versus 111,000 head a year ago.

February live cattle is trading at 116.10, down 2.22 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 114.55, down 2.77 cents/lb. June live cattle is trading at 104.40, down 2.60 cents/lb.
