New York Cocoa futures are trading modestly choppy and just under the session highs.

Street estimates for Ghana's cocoa purchases during the October 1st to January 19th period are near 612,000 tonnes versus 600,000 tonnes a year ago. Ivory Coast 2016 -2017 cocoa arrivals are seen at 1.096 million tonnes during October 1st to January 29th versus 1.066 million tonnes a year ago.
