When the Shift Hits the Fan, What Will You Do?

It's amazing what one wrinkled newspaper can accomplish.

In an unlikely headline gaffe that would make Jay Leno proud, it seems that the UAW is finally getting tough with Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F).

Take a close look at the image, which appeared on apple.copydesk.org (and made its way to Jalopnik and other sites), and you will notice a crease in the paper. Yes, Detroit Free Press readers, this is entirely accidental.

But it's also hilarious! Readers and reporters alike can't stop laughing about it, reminding us that we're never too old to revert to our inner 12-year-old.
