Fast Money Halftime Recommendations (OXY, CVX, ABT, PFE, MRK, AXP, C, BAC, JPM)

On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Jim Iurio said that he is a buyer of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) and Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY). He thinks that they were unfairly sold off, along with the real culprits for the oil spill.

Joe Terranova said that he wants to buy health care names like Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT), Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) and Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MRK). He also said that he wants to buy American Express Company (NYSE: AXP).

Steve Grasso believes that financials are oversold and he wants to buy Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C), JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) and Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC).

Zach Karabell is bearish on rating agencies, and wants to go short on them.
