Rogers: May Be Time To Buy Euro

Legendary commodities investor Jim Rogers told CNBC this morning that it may be time to buy the euro. Rogers believes everybody is so bearish on the single currency and that usually indicates a rally of some sort.

Rogers told CNBC, "I'm confused as anybody else..I'm basically short stocks and long commodities and trying to figure out whether to add to the euro yet."

Rogers, however, says any decision to buy the euro would not be based on fundamentals. "Basically, it's a technical rally," he said. "Once a technical rally starts, who knows where it can go from that."

But, the only bull market Rogers sees over the next decade is in commodities.
