Jim Goldman Leaving CNBC
Reports indicate that CNBC tech reporter Jim Goldman is leaving the network. He will become a VP at PR firm Burson-Marsteller. Goldman has been CNBC's Silicon Valley bureau chief since 2003.
According to TVNewser, the network will announce today that Goldman's replacement will be Jon Fortt from Fortune Magazine, where he was a senior writer covering technology companies.
