Mark Haines: Superman Doesn't Stand For Trust, Justice, And Fish & Chips

Share:

On a brief moment away from the financial markets, CNBC's Mark Haines commented humorously on the new Superman movie and its British lead.

“The new Superman is being played by a [British actor],” Haines said. “Superman stands for truth, justice, and the American way. Not truth, justice, and fish & chips.”

Time Warner (NYSE: TWX), the parent company of Warner Bros. and DC Comics, currently trades at $36.54.
