Joe Terranova Recommends BAC And JPM
CNBC's Fast Money traders talked today about the influence of the European crisis on banking sector stocks in the United States. Gary Kaminsky, a former Neuberger berman portfolio manager, thinks that the European problems made investors feel more comfortable with U.S. banks.
Kaminsky added that troubles that Greece has are not the only problem in Europe, the dramatic slowdown in growth is hurting them too.
Joe Terranova recommended a trade to profit on the enthusiasm that the market has for domestic banks. He believes that investors should buy Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM). Bank of America (BAC) gained 2.08%, while JPMorgan (JPM) added 2.05% today.
