On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Stephanie Link suggested a long position in Macy's, Inc. (NYSE: M). She thinks that lower oil prices have a positive impact on the stock and she likes what company is doing. Link believes that Macy's, Inc. looks cheap at 12.5 times forward earnings.

Pete Najarian is a buyer of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF), which fell 0.47 percent on Thursday.

Jon Najarian said that he bought a call spread in Vix and he is planning to close that position on Friday.
