Joe Terranova Recommends JCI

CNBC's Fast Money traders talked about interesting trades in the automobile industry. Tim Seymour said that Tata Motors Limited (ADR) (NYSE: TTM) should be watched closely. Tata Motors (TTM) is a great long term play in Tim Seymour's opinion. The valuations are not very attractive but with the 31% growth in auto sales in India TTM shows a lot of potential.

Guy Adami and Dennis Gartman praised Alan Mullaly, a CEO of Ford (NYSE: F). Guy Adami doesn't like Ford (F) at these levels, but believes that it is a great long term trade. Dennis Gartman has a short position in Toyota Motor Corporation (ADR) (NYSE: TM), but today's gain of 1.26% for Toyota (TM) does not worry him. He believes that the pressure will continue to mount on Toyota (TM).

Joe Terranova thinks that Ford (F) is playing offense and he sees Toyota (TM) on the defensive side. If you don't like Ford (F) at these levels, Joe Terranova suggests Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI). This stock gained approximately 11% in February.
