Shares of Gulfport Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: GPOR) dropped about 4% in pre-market trading after the company commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock.

GPOR shares moved down 3.98% to $30.38 in the pre-market session
