Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Index

S&P will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 index:

GT Advanced Technologies (NASDAQ: GTAT) will replace Radiant Systems (NASD: RADS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August 24. S&P MidCap 400 constituent NCR (NYSE: NCR) is acquiring Radiant Systems in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.

Virtusa (NASDAQ: VRTU) will replace SFN Group (NYSE: SFN) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, August 29. Randstad North America is acquiring SFN Group in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final approvals.
