Earthquake Rocks New York/D.C. Area
The USGS is reporting that a 5.8 magnitude earthquake has just hit the Washington D.C. and New York areas. The epicenter is said to be between Charlottesville and Richmond, Va.
There have been multiple reports of shaking buildings the Washington D.C. and the New York areas. Pentagon personnel have also been evacuated.
This is the largest of nine earthquakes to hit the U.S.A. today, surpassing the 5.5 magnitude quake that hit the Colorado/New Mexico border this morning.
