RF Industries Signs Agreement With Red Oak Partners

RF Industries, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RFIL) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Red Oak Partners, LLC, the deemed beneficial owner of 9.2% of the Company's common stock. Red Oak had previously sent letters to RFI and filed a Schedule 13D with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to Red Oak's intention to nominate various directors at the Company's 2011 annual meeting of stockholders for election to the board of directors and regarding certain other corporate governance matters.
