Fed Buys $830 Million During POMO

The New York Federal Reserve purchased $830 million in U.S. Treasury debt during its permanent open market operations (POMO) today.

Dealers submitted $17.563 billion worth of debt, with the government receiving almost eighteen bids for every one it accepted.

Maturities purchased were from 03/31/2013 - 03/15/2014.
