On the Volcker rule:
“The financial services committee run by Congressman Spencer Bachus plans to hold hearings on the Volcker rule's impact on Wall Street sometime in November. This is the first we've heard of any congressional committee actually focusing on the Volcker rule post its implementation. They're likely to call as witnesses people from the SEC, the FED, the FDIC so you could see Mary Shapiro, Treasury Secretary Geithner, the Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke be a witness. They do not have a witness list, but those are potential people who could come to talk about this.”
